How we got started in Meal Prep and why we do what we do!

Why do we do what we do? Here's why!

At Paleo Works we prepare Paleo-inspired meals from scratch using the highest quality proteins, healthy fats, and low glycemic-index carbohydrates.

What Does That Mean?

Lean meats and some of the nutritious fatty ones, poultry, eggs, veggies and smaller amounts of fruit and nuts. Paleo-sized small amounts of natural sugars and dried fruits are sometimes included. We usually include one Paleo-ish treat per week (think almond and coconut flour, gluten-free muffins or pancakes) with a breakfast dish. Our dishes contain NO dairy, grains, legumes, refined sugar or vegetable oils.

We serve you ALWAYS, unless otherwise noted on menu:

  • 100% Grass-fed and Grass-Finished Beef

  • Free Range Organic Chicken Breasts

  • Hormone-Free, All Natural Chicken Thighs, Eggs and Pork.

  • Sodium Nitrite-Free Bacon

  • Only Extra Virgin Olive Oil and/or Coconut Oil for our salad dressings and condiments, no vegetable oils!
